The only jar file available in the root of Minecraft appears to be the vanilla one (minecraft_server.1.18.2.jar). Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’) Direwolf20 1.18 1.8.0 Make sure to remove this notice from your post too.
